Courses

The Humanist Academy offers a number of self-certificated courses. However, we're presently in negotiation with the Scottish education authorities and other Humanist organisations to have all our courses at different levels accredited and to bring to our students a range of interesting courses in various subjects related to Humanism. As soon as we have completed these developments we will post information about the individual courses on here. In the meantime, we can offer our entry level course in Humanism

No prior knowledge is assumed for this short course and students can work at their own pace and take up to three months to finish it.  After some simple assignments and a short essay, successful candidates will be awarded an Academy Certificate in Humanism. Each student is assigned a tutor and contact is either online or on the telephone.  The course uses the material in our book Getting to Know Humanism, and students will be sent extra material if needed. If interested, please get in touch:
